Dig Dig Land Birthday Dash – Cancellation Policy

Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy:

• All bookings are non-refundable.

• In the event of bad weather, an alternative Construction-Themed Terrarium Planting experience will be provided to ensure the celebration continues in a fun and meaningful way.

  • Alternatively, if you choose not to proceed with the bad weather plan, your paid booking can be converted into store credit, valid for use at both Nature Kindred and Dig Dig Land, and valid for 1 year from the original event date.

  • OR 

• Rescheduling is only allowed due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, and must be requested at least 24 hours prior to your event.

  • Option 1:
    To reschedule your event to another day, subject to availability.
    Please note: The air-conditioned party room will still be chargeable and cannot be rescheduled.

    Option 2:
    You may reschedule your Dig Dig Land admission to a later time slot on the same day, if applicable and available.
    Note: The air-conditioned party room time slot are not allowed to change .

    Option 3:
    You may choose to reschedule individually, based on available slots and staff confirmation.
