The quotation is calculated based on the following factors:

• Number of Kids: The more kids participating, the lower the per-child cost.
• Quotation are usually set at 80% of the number of kids provided. 
• Chosen Theme and Activities: Different themes and activities may have varying costs.
• Accompanying Parents: Including parents may affect the overall cost.

We can accommodate up to 100- 120 kids or 100-120 parents and kids combined per event depending on the theme. Above a certain numbers group spitting are require.

Fish theme and construction theme may have space limitations. For example, the fish theme or construction theme can hold only a maximum 100 participants due to the space constraints of the fish pond and site capacity. 

Field trips are available Monday to Friday, with time slots at 9:00 AM, 9:30 AM, 10:30 AM, 2:00 PM, and 3:00 PM. ​

To secure your preferred time slot and date, our team will first provide a quotation based on your numbers. Once the quotation is confirmed, we will issue the activity planning and official invoice to finalize and secure the event date.

Yes, field trips are specially designed as structured programs lasting 1.5 hours or 2 hours for school only. They include:

• Facilitators and Educators: Conducting presentations and facilitating the entire event exclusively.
• Table setups and organized activity planning.
• A well-coordinated event tailored for a big group. 

Field trips offer an immersive and educational experience, distinct from our regular weekend activities.

We provide the following toilet facilities:

Nature kindred @ Sungei Tengah

• Male Toilet: 3-4 cubicles.
• Female Toilet: 3-4 cubicles.
• Handicap-Accessible Toilet: 1 available.

Please note that we do not have an baby changing room on-site.

DIG DIG LAND @ 2 Jurong Gateway

• Male Toilet: 3-4 cubicles.
• Female Toilet: 3-4 cubicles.
• Shower Room

The field trip is specifically tailored for children's experiential learning. While parents are welcome to observe and support their children, the activities are designed with a focus on engaging the kids, and parental involvement will be minimal.
Ensuring parents are aware of these details in advance will help set the right expectations for the field trip.

Field trip events are scheduled to start on time, and we recommend arriving 15 minutes early for toilet breaks and preparation.

To avoid delays, please plan your travel time carefully, accounting for the distance from the school to our site and adding extra time for potential morning traffic jams. 

If a late arrival occurs, our on-site team will discuss with teacher in charge to adjust the program, such as shortening activities like the snack break to ensure the event stays within the allotted schedule.

Yes, you can cancel the event. However, the following conditions apply:

• Cancellation must be made at least 3 weeks before the actual event to avoid charges.
• For last-minute cancellations, a cancellation fee will apply.

Please contact us promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule your event.

No, we do not provide refunds once the final number of participants is confirmed 1-2 weeks before the event, as materials are already prepared. However, for absentees, a DIY kit will be provided as a replacement.

Once you arrive, our staff will be there to welcome your group, assist with toilet arrangements, and guide everyone to the specific areas indicated in the activity plan.

Please ensure the bus driver is informed to drop off passengers properly at the site without blocking traffic or the entrance. For the Sungei Tengah location, the loading area is smaller and can only accommodate one bus at a time, so proper coordination is essential. 

Most of our themes can be conducted indoors, including activities within our plant nursery. In the event of rain, we can seamlessly transition to our indoor plant nursery to ensure the program continues without disruption.

For outdoor-based themes such as Construction or Scavenger Hunt, we will switch to an indoor theme to maintain continuity. For the Construction Theme, the alternative activity will focus on “Layers of the Earth” exploration or the Plant Theme, depending on the educational focus and age group.

Our team will also provide a detailed Bad Weather Backup Plan within the activity planning document to ensure the event runs smoothly regardless of weather conditions.

No, we do not allow last-minute changes to the theme or activities unless it is due to bad weather applies only for outdoor theme.

Once confirmed, please ensure the activity planning is submitted to your in-charge. It is important for the in-charge to fully understand the outline of the activities to prevent any miscommunication and ensure the event runs smoothly.

As our site is located in an open area, it can get quite hot during warm weather. To ensure a comfortable experience, to dress comfortably and prepare based on the weather conditions. 

Our field trips usually end on time, with an allowance of 5-10 minutes for extra toileting if needed. We recommend having the bus stand by 10 minutes earlier before the scheduled end of the event to ensure a smooth and timely departure.

Yes, we do:

• Sungei Tengah: Both water cooler and a vending machine are available.
• JPG: A vending machine is available on-site.

Yes, it is important to brief the kids on safety procedures before the field trip. Please inform them of the following Safety SOPs:

1. No Running: Kids should not run while on our premises to ensure their safety.
2. Follow Instructions: Kids must follow all safety instructions given by the facilitators during the event.
